If you are concerned about a child's welfare or worried they are being abused, you can make a referral to Bracknell Forest Multi-agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) - Telephone number 01344 352005 or e-mail MASH@bracknell-forest.gov.uk. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
If you need to get in touch out of usual office hours, please contact the Emergency Duty Team immediately by calling 01344 351999.
If you think that a child is at immediate risk, contact the Police immediately by calling 999.
Details on making a referral to the MASH can be found here. If you believe that urgent action is needed, in cases where there is a child protection concern, contact the MASH directly on 01344 352005.
For concerns that are not urgent, and where immediate action is not needed, all professionals must follow the multi-agency threshold guidance and make either an Early Help referral or a Safeguarding referral.
More information on how to make a referral can be found here.
If you are unsure the Pan Berks Procedures Manual will be able to help guide you or the Threshold Guidance which tells you which types of services a family may need to get support.
