Glossary: Intoxicating Substance Treatment Requirement

Only available in some local authorities.  Where available, can be a YRO requirement for an offence which is punishable by imprisonment.

The Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008 refers to this as fostering however, the YJB have termed this type of intensive intervention Intensive Fostering and so it will be referred to as Intensive Fostering throughout.
