There is an issue with downloading documents from tri.x - when attempts are made to open the downloaded documents an error message appears. This is an issue with ICT not tri.x and a call has been logged. In the meantime, documents can be downloaded and opened when accessing tri.x from a non-BCT device. It is clunky but provides a workaround while the issue is addressed

Thursday, November 18, 2021A new financial support policy has been published for the families of children in need our area whose immigration status means that they have no recourse to public funds ("NRPF") and as a consequence cannot access mainstream welfare services such as social housing and central government benefits, or who have restricted access on account of their immigration status.
The policy contains updated information about subsistence allowances. The related Trix Guidance document is currently being refreshed to reflect the new policy.
