- All Amber visits now virtual, however should workers be concerned following a virtual visit they can apply professional judgement in consultation with a manager.
- Early Help will now only undertake virtual visits, however should workers be concerned following a virtual visit they can apply professional judgement in consultation with a manager to agree if they need to do a face to face visit
- All workers to comply with PHE advice on social distancing
- Any visits or contact being undertaken face to face by any worker must consider the wider risk analysis which includes Covid Health Risk – For Social Care cases an additional drop down in management oversight will be added to mosaic “Covid Health risk” so this is explicit.
