Guidance for system administrators

A system administrator is a person (or persons) whose role is to manage the Contacts and Practice Resources area. This includes structuring the sections, adding resources and deleting resources.

Before undertaking any action on the Contacts and Practice Resources area, the system administrator/s must be assured that:

  • Any new resource has received the required local sign-off;
  • The resource is not in draft form;
  • The resource is in the correct format (PDF if not designed to be edited);
  • The resource is legally sound and reflective of local requirements;
  • The resource does not breach any copyright;
  • The resource is not in breach of the Data Protection Act 2018 or the UK GDPR;
  • Any online resource links are working and secure.

Legal advice should be sought as necessary.

It is important to note that tri.x have no responsibility for the above and do not review the content of the Contacts and Practice Resources area. This includes any resources added by tri.x on your behalf.

It is also important to note that tri.x do not hold any data about the date upon which a local resource is added, updated, removed etc. Nor is an archive of the Contacts and Practice Resources area kept.
